ACCESSIBILITY: Due to the historic nature of the building we are not wheelchair accessible. One small step at the entrance of the building as well as guest bathrooms would be difficult to access for those with mobility constraints.
PRIVATE EVENTS & BUY OUTS: Private events and buyouts are available any day of the week. For more details and availability please send us an email at events@peterpanbistro.ca
ANIMAL POLICY: We are happy to accommodate all certified service animals in accordance with the ADA.
RESERVATION POLICY: Reservations can be made on Open Table. Reservations can be made 30 days prior to the date via Open Table or by calling the restaurant. For large tables, please refer to our Large Party policy below. If you are unable to make a reservation, please feel free to walk-in and we will be happy to accommodate you with any tables available. We try to accommodate seating requests in the dining room but due to the nature of our seating we are unable to guarantee seating requests.
PATIO RESERVATIONS: Please note that we do not accept reservations for the Patio and seating at the Patio is subject to availability and weather conditions. BRUNCH POLICY: Limited reservations for Brunch are available to book through Open Table. All tables have a seating limit of 2 hours. We are unable to accommodate same day reservations and waitlists are accepted in-person only.
LARGE PARTIES: We are happy to take reservations for parties larger than 6 guests by calling the restaurant at 416.792.3838 or e-mailing reservations@peterpanbistro.ca. We offer one single bill, and apply an auto-gratuity of 20% to the bill total. Please note that large parties have a seating limit of 3 hours excluding brunch. (Please refer to the Brunch Policy above)
CORKAGE: We are happy to allow corkage of outside bottles at $30.00/750mL bottle. We allow a corkage maximum of one bottle per table of 4.
