Lauren has been in the Food and Beverage Industry for over ten years, and now works as the General Manager and Sommelier of Peter Pan Bistro and Neverland. Originally from the Niagara Region, wine has always been an integral part of Lauren’s life. She is currently completing her WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines, and her goal is to make wine education accessible and fun for all who are interested.
